Suitably rested after the 52 weeks of singles releases 2 Lost Souls are back with another eclectic mix of tunes and styles including an homage to their city of birth and the grass roots venue The Peer Hat, a celebration of outsider artist Tiny Tim, the story of a notorious war criminal, and, a laid back disco crawl about identity and image.

Of the opening track Paul Rosenfeld says "Cosmic Manchester came about from a trip to Manchester meeting up with Ian for lunch and him mentioning he'd been getting into New Orleans bounce so when I got back home I took a listen and saw why he was so taken with it. Using the influence of that I took a basic plena beat and then built on that to come up with a hybrid version of the beat, threw loads of samples at it and then began editing them back, added some sparse keyboards despite having no ability until I had something that was influenced by but still its own thing. It's given me the confidence to not be so reliant on the guitar for developing ideas and that can hopefully give us more scope. I also played it to a good friend who thought we should offer it to the Manchester tourist board! I think he was serious..... I could also be wrong!"
